WILL MY TRANSACTION BE SECURE?

Yes, credit card transactions are processed through Network Solutions, and all information is transferred using 128-bit SSL encryption. Please note that no orders are processed on Sundays or holidays.

I need a refund on my order, how do I go about?

All tickets are sold on a final sale basis. Policies defined by our clients prohibit Etix from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased without their consent, which is not routinely granted.

Do I need an account to purchase tickets?

No, we don’t require customers to create an account with us to purchase tickets. We provide ticketing services for ticketed events worldwide. While most tickets are sold online, most charges that people don't recognize were made in person.

I have lost my tickets, what should I do?

If you have misplaced your tickets, you should contact us as soon as possible. Click here to contact Customer Services. Please select 'I've lost my tickets' from the Query Type dropdown. We will do whatever we can to help, however you should be aware.

Are there any hidden fees? Handling?

There are no monthly or hidden fees for credit card processing. All fees are deducted before funds are transferred to your linked bank account. Note: Processing fees are deducted before each transfer and cannot be charged on a monthly basis.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards. We regret that we do not accept American Express and Diners Club cards. Your credit card is charged by us as soon as your tickets are purchased, however it can take up to 7 days for the money to be debited.

If a concert is sold out are the extra tickets?

Occasionally extra tickets are made available for certain events. Sometimes the capacity of an event may be extended or the sightlines may be altered, for example. It is often nearer the date of the event. It is always worth checking up until the date.

What is your policy on refunds?

Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after you have completed a purchase except for in the following circumstances: If we fail to fulfill an order as a result of any negligence, or similar act or omission of our own or in breach of contract.

How can the tickets I ordered be unavailable?

After your successful online transaction you will receive an email confirmation to the email address submitted during your booking. Please make sure that the email has not gone to your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder.

What time should the band start playing?

This is completely up to you and your schedule on the day. For evening events, we find it's often best to start the band at around 9pm but this is purely a guide. The intervals are usually around 20 minutes long.

What happens if a show is cancelled?

Cancellation or Postponement policies are event specific. Please visit the specific event page via www.apactix.com for up to date announcements on cancelled or postponed events. Details regarding the refund process will be listed on the website.

How do I confirm a booking?

If you would like to book a band, we will need your full address and contact details along with the venue address. We will then send over a contract with full terms and conditions included. This will then need to be signed and returned to confirm the booking.

How long does it take the band to set up?

Most bands will set up in around an hour. This will vary depending on the size of the band and event. Every band has various options but you can expect most bands to offer either 2 x 45, 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute sets.

Will the band learn a specific song?

Most bands will learn one special song for free so if you have a first dance or a song to the end the night on, just let us know a few months before the event. Please note that this doesn't apply to all of our bands so you may wish to run your song request.

What if the band can't make it on the day?

If a member of the band is unable to attend on the day of the event, the band will use a suitable replacement. All of our bands have a number of back-up (dep) musicians for this kind of scenario.

Does the band plays between and before sets?

Yes, our bands are happy to provide music via an iPod/iPad between sets, this is usually a pre-mixed playlist. If you have particular songs in mind, you're also welcome to create your own playlists which can be played through the band's PA system.

What is a normal day like for our band?

Each band is unique in its scheduling and has different rehearsal/performance requirements that change on a weekly basis according to the mission. Band units frequently perform on evenings and weekends, and compensatory days off are often.

What are the performance venues like?

Performances take place in a wide variety of settings to include concert halls, public school or civic auditoriums, gymnasiums, field houses, outdoor concert venues, stadiums, and festivals. On average, our band performs over 400 programs annually.
