Luisa attended school in North Sydney. She worked as a cashier and bookkeeper at the Odeon Theater, where she met and fell in love with her husband Gerald. Luisa was a member of Kingston United Church where she was a member of the UCW, a pastmember of the Kingston Lionettes, and the Red Hats.
She enjoyed many hobbies such as square dancing, skating, knitting, rug hooking, swimming and going for walks. She loved to play cards with friends and family. Jennifer also volunteered at the elementary school reading to children. She is survived and will be sadly missed by sons, Phillip (Debbie), Shad Bay; Bill (Shelly), Lantz; and Richard (Tracey), Ot tawa; grandchildren, Christopher (Jessica), Fredericton; Ashlea (Jason), Halifax; and Olivia and Victoria, Ottawa; and great-grandchildren, Carter and Riley.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, and love of her life, Norman "Gerald"; sisters, Mabel (Gerry) Gouthro, Eva (Hector) Whitty. As requested, cremation has taken place.
With my deepest sympathy i write this with many great memories. I will keep your family in my prayers.

What a kind, sweet, loving person. I sure learned from watching her when she lived in our ward and neighborhood. Always smiling and soft spoken.
